cause im a victim of this bug a week early and I reported it but am's said that my case is under investigation?

is there a possibility to reimburse my item?

 

With out any solid proof, there is nothing we can do. We need the proof so that we can back up the mailing with something solid.

If we were to just take it at word, then we would be mailing this and that and this to everyone, with no proof at all. That would be a bad thing in the end.

 

umm, what if i have the remo still at item (ex: golden glory hat at my abg helm) and wanting it to remo to my ac helm (it will gone for sure)..
so should i use that remo to my ac helm and record video and post it here.. or i can just simply mail that abg helm(with remo) to either of you head gm??
ps: use picture kinda risky and got rejected if i doin it wrong and idk how to use video recorder =.=a

 

i dont think its 100% gonna get bugged, at first i thought so, because my items r gone so many times, but not all the times

Honestly. You know its bugged. Denied.

However. In six days you have requested 6 different restorations.

Rational Logic would suggest that while we are offering this service, that it is known to the person requesting at that point it is bugged and malfunctioning. For some reason, you are the only person who has ended up requesting more than one item over a course of a very small amount of time. This leads to suspicion of abuse of this service.

While, we can understand that you want your item restored. The reality behind it is that, out of everyone else who has requested an item restored they have not again as they know it is bugged and are being patient waiting for it to be fixed which it should be soon enough.

I fail to see the reason for the constant remodeling and requests for restoration, when it is more than known to you the remodeling npc and function is having issues. Hence the denial of that last restoration.

However, if Vildiil, Alente, or Carl do approve it then so be it. I however under the grounds above, will not.

 

Per this, I'm going to go ahead and approve it this last time.

You now know remodelings are bugged, and I understand wanting to do them anyhow just incase, but please relax on them. Any FURTHER reimbursals from you, at least from my end in the next couple weeks/month, are going to be met with a denial stick as well.

Do you have any additional proof with it? Proof of WHAT the remodel is, as well as a picture of before and after, would be fantastic. Without that proof i'm afraid I'll have to deny this one.

 

Sir vill this is not about the items remodel, this is all about the HAC spear that i armfuse to my DDL spear, after i armfuse it, and i relog, the HAC spear gone, my proof has a Time so please check it again sir, i hope i can get back my HAC Spear because that is NPC bug, a GAME BUG,.

 

I can't believe this thread is still open. Please close this EFFIN' THREAD since you guys don't reimburse bugged remodels anymore. It gives false information to your players.
