Hello,
I'm here with another problem.


Get started today after level 9 with new character I created, nothing went the way that an error that says "Log file you send us will be a great help on Improving the client."

Look!


How do I fix this?

 

you dont. it happens to everyone from time to time. just restart your client

 

Just close the sendlogged client with task manager and start a new one.

 

but that always happens when I enter the game and can not play

 

Judging by the screenshot it could also be a stuck character. Judging by the screen it is most likely the null coordinate issue, the game doesn't know where to put him. An unstuck request would fix that if someone processes it.

@OP Where was your char standing when this happened the first time? What were you doing?

EDIT: Try make a 2nd char and see if you crash too

 

Yeah, looks like his character is stuck. Thought he was in the middle of playing when he got the send log.

So try this, go to gamezaion.com, in the left panel there is "Character unstuck request". Select your server and character and press okay. Once the server restarts, your character will be unstucked.

 

Sometimes it doesn't even need the server to be restarted, always happened to me this way

 

Puddles tends to mass process the requests time to time xd

 

Yeah if the unstuck is processed then ofc it doesn't need the server to be restarted.

 

I did the "Character unstuck request" but still the error SendLogClient this, I think maybe the server has to wait for it.

If you sent the character unstuck request, do not log on the character yet. It either has to be processed or you need to wait for the server restart.

 

He already tried logging in, in the past it used to break the request, not sure it still does

@OP try make a 2nd char and see if he crashes too. If he doesn't then you might as well delete your first one lol. Getting to level 9 takes a total of 2 minutes of your time xD

 

Yeah Luccambb do the thing Smartik said and also once you send the request, do NOT log on that character for the following 12 hours.

 

I really have no idea how long it takes to unstuck lol, nobody ever talks about it, most of the staff don't know either. There were times where you had to wait till server restart, other times some guy said he just submitted a request and relogged and it worked, other times puddles says she mass unstucks people that submitted requests, I have no idea if there is an automated process in the background that does it once every x hours etc lol. Would be a good idea if you guys asked around and told us so we could pass on the info.

 

Yeah lol, it's so random. Sometimes people ask me what to do when they have their characters stuck, when I tell them to send an unstuck request, after like 5 minutes they get back and thank me for unstucking their character, like I did anything XD. Yeah I'll ask around and see what info I can get.

 

I created a new account to continue playing until sue character unstuck request, but when I got to level 9 with a maximum exp happened again and now I can not even play in this account.


It's probably something with my game, what can I do?

I do that in fraction of seconds, worked for Joseph a couple of times too, it was auto-unstuck xd

You need to do the Ascension campaign quest, press J, go to Campaign tab, and do it!
