After character selection, Client crashes.

So I don't quite understand how this works, so i'll run it through... I log on just fine, accept terms and conditions, get to my character selection.

Now here's the problem.. For my main character, the game client crashes and i have to manually restart it, same thing happens.
I select a different character, works fine.
I make a character, works fine.

I got a new computer and had to downgrade from 4.0 (which wasn't very fun to do).

Would be great if anyone could help

 

Highly doubt it's to do with you downgrading since you've actually made it that far to the character selection
So basically you select your main, log in and crash?

Possible that your account is stuck, try request a player unstuck request here.
Just wait until the server restarts, the accounts will be fixed after that

 

I was thinking about waiting for the update next week to be honest, but i'll give the unstuck request a try

 

Yeah just send the request, when the server updates, servers will have to and definitely will be "refreshed"
Try not to log onto that main char for a bit too because it kind of cancels out the unstuck request

 

Okay, thanks for your Help I've sent the request, guess i'll wait a few days and see what happens.. (time to work on other characters now)
