player transfer wont succeed

    still showing the "You have an active player transfer! " after few hours. Can anyone help unstuck my char? who do I have to pm with the name of the account?

    PM a SAM/HGM, they'll refund the credits and lets you do the transfer service again. You should've read a thread somewhere in the forum about transfer service to know what stuffs to do and whatnot.

    ammm if transfer dont´t worked out, the credits are automatically refunded into account D: happened to me time ago :C

    nah. didnt refund auto.. usually took about 5 minutes now its over 2-3h and nothing happened. + someone has to refund em
