    Not yet but just update your client and wait, if you got an old pc or slow connection then it will certainly take quite some time until it fully updates to 4.0

    It is still afternoon here so id expect them to update sometime in the next 12 hours, since in USA it is still morning.

    I did erase the $patch$ from NCsoft folder.. didn't let me erase the whole thing so, as suggested, I "end task" the NUupdatesomething from task manager and voila! I have now only 26GB of file. (from 47.2) :D
