Client starting error. 4.0

Hello....I updated the client, I replaced the item pack from Aion/data/usa/item with 4.0 original item pack, and now when I press Start the client gives me Error, help please.

 

What kind of error?

i got the same error on windows 7....and everyone seems to ignore it . Many have the same problem

wasting everytime 5god damn minutes on waiting with the black screen then receiving that error
Is really annoying considering i have tried everything regarding the intem.pak
I start to wonder if the intem.pak is not the problem but something else is...or idk....what is going on

TRY THIS.

-Check system type you guys have (32-bit or 64-bit)
-In your Aion folder, delete whichever (bin32 or bin64) that is NOT your operating system.
-Reinstall GamezAion Launcher (run as admin)

If you get No Server Authentication, run NCSoft Launcher then repair or click "play now". This will revert all your files to original.
Once your done, Reinstall GamezAion Launcher (run as admin).
You should be able to play now..

 

hmm not bad idea i delete bin 32..and click to "start" on the retail and not write that problem i install gamez launcher write Error

after you deleted bin32, dont start from retail launcher, its gonna put that back to normal. start from gamezaion launcher

 

the gamezaion installs everything in 32bit , probably/mostly is the same for everyone.
Deleting the 32bit will make the game not start .... deleting the 64 is also useless wont help

 

Make sure you install gamez aion launcher into your aion folder. Once that's done to go into your aion folder *run as admin* start game inside the aion folder.

 

oh i forgot one thing! since i run 64-bit OS, i deleted the bin32 and then renamed my bin64 to bin32.

I have found a solution to make the game start for those who had problem with "Game has stoped working" but it gives me no server athorization avaible.

Here's what I did ...maybe works for others :

Delete the 32-bit folder . Rename the 64-bit folder to 32-bit (Make sure you make a backup to both folders just in case)
Start the gamezaion launcher and click update...then play game

It should make it start but you might encoure the same problem as me when u try to log in gives u message : "No game is avaible to the authorization server"

The No authentication to server is easy, just start on retail again then reinstall gamezaion with run as admin all the time

yup that's the problem i was talking about...what start on retail means?
yah and sry x'D U should of specify the rename step i had to figure it out on my own.
