4.0 CLIENT issues

Since Alente started the thread about in game problems (not client problems such as "no game server is available to the authorization server"), I am making this one about questions/problems starting up the client itself, or logging in once it is started up.
I am currently running on windows 8. I used the windows 8 fix. However, after applying the changes to the bin32 and attempting to start the client, I get this message:

"For 1.9.0.X Clients Only"
"Please delete the ncsoft/aion/bin32/d3dx9_38dll and try again"

After I delete the file, I try to load up the screen again and it gives me the "no game server is available to the authorization server" error.

I have tried closing and running as administrator but that gave the same error too. I tried reinstalling the gamezaion launcher as well as applying the windows 8 fix several times but none of them worked.

A lot of people are having this issue as well. Any suggestions?

 

when i open gamezaion launcher it said u need to update ur client using the ncsoft launcher can someone help me pliz??

 

you need to update aion retal just open Aion.exe as if you where gunna play on real server's and update it then reinstall gamez launcher and try hope it help ^^^ all that is just stuff i have read on form's over 2 hours trying to fix my isues,,,

 

i did that i update but it wont work it continius to said it ( i have been trying for 2 hours already ( but ty a lot for taking the time and help me!!

 

im having a Diffrient Isue atm, I wanted to play in this server 2 day's ago before update and i couldent manage to get on even after Downgrade, so tonigth at 12Pm my time 2 hours and 30 mins ago, i have done Everythign to fix this isue that i have read on form's i have updated real aion works fine i downloaded new games launcher ran as admin let it update got new item pac and it still Crashes on nc screen on launch of game, this server look's Realy good sence i found it 2 day's ago and ive been wanting to play in it ever sence but, Im not giving up the sooner i get on this server the faster ill donate i did play on ''sorry if this is brakign rules dont worry it's shut down'' i played on Infinite aion and for the say year i played ive donated ofer 700 usd because i knew the owner's over the internet and got a good relashenship with them, but this so far has been a bit hecktic

New items have no names/cannot be linked in chat

Go to your Aion\L10N\1_enu\data folder and delete zData.pak. Run your Gamez launcher, it will ask to update. Update and play.


^i did that and tested 2 versions of items.pak for 4.0, run d game thru gamez launcher itself and pressed update, still i cant see the new items
also on DDL, i cant equip it when i reached lv65, but other friends can equip theirs

 

my aion game is update but i dont know why am geting this error when i press ok it gets me to ncsoft page so i download the game instaler when i donwload it...it continuos to get me this error

Save you the trouble... It's way easier if u start a fresh client. Delete everything download aion install and update again. Once you do that reinstall gamez aion launcher and make sure u save it inside the aion folder. Just make sure u run the game as admin inside the aion folder you should be fine.

 

But is there really a problem with Windows 8 user atm? Coz if there is, then there's no reason for us, win8 users, to delete everything and start from scratch considering the retail Aion is working properly using ncsoft launcher. The only problem is the Gamezaion launcher which doesn't allow us to get into the game.

ahmm do anyone know's how to update client using the NCsoft??? plss Ive been reading this error for more that 6 hrs but i dont know how to update this client :sad: plss help me :sad:

And DOWNLOAD ITEM PAK .
In gamezaion Launcher ( NO PATCH SHOWING UP )

we wait ?? bro im fixing this problem since the patch of 4.0 Done -.-

 

yes we have to wait till they fix the error for gamezlauncher its working on some and on some its not
