Are you using the Gamez Launcher? If it says account/pw doesn't match, chances are you are running retail.

Yea they were stealing my downgrades at first, then realized how much they suck >.> I admit it, I can't fix something I can't reproduce and I can't give people the common sense required to actually follow the guide I wrote. People just ignore it and then I waste my time later just to find out they didn't turn off UAC or some other crap like that.

 

aion doesn't start since update

since the update I cant start the game. I dont get any error messages, I'm able to launch and even to log in, but then nothing happens! it looks like the game would start, but nothing happens, it stays on the start picture.

sry, I did a screenshot but for a reason I'm not able to load it here (error):unsure:

plz, what to do? I tryed to delete bit32 than reinstalled the launcher and started with administration rights, but this way, the game doenst launch at all.

I hope my english is not so bad and you understand what I mean

 

what error u getting, if u cannot attach screenshot atleast put in writing wht error u have

 

Update your client and reload GA patch.

 

how to update client?

 

double click on ur aion icon it will start update auto then update ur gamezaion once aion is updated.

Same Problem here. stuck at start picture. Cant even close my client

there is no error message. I upadeted it and started it. I logged in, then it looks if the game would start but nothing more happens. no error massage, nothing...
