cant see anything besides my head please help

hi guys when i launch the game and start to play and even in the character creation the only thing i can see for my character is my head and when in game it stays the same i see the background and stuff just for all the people i can only see their heads please help

try this....

try to re update your GA launcher and grab the new item pak http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/[guide]-4-0-items-pak-152985/

try the version 1 it works for me...

then run as administrator...

 

Use the NCsoft launcher, and click File Repair

 

nc soft lucnher repair and gamez aion lucher update and 4.0 item pak download

 

I repaired files and I also remembered that once I tried to play Crysis but I could only see floating eye balls so I had to update my graphic card drivers so I did here and now works like a charm.

same problem and reinstalled the whole game and patcher 3times and didnt work..

 

Seems like it might be your Graphic card drivers. As a player already stated above, he updated his and it worked for him.

You guys should give it a try too.
