Admins Gamez please help me!

Downloaded the Aion 4.0 and downloaded the patch Gamez and when I opened my game appeared this image:

Pictures, Images, Photos, Videos - Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting


I do not know what I do, I'm Brazilian, I do not know if some of you know but the internet here is not the best, it took me enough to download and do not want to have to download everything again, sent check files and repair errors, hopefully function.

 

That's a very common problem for XP users, your not the only one having that problem.
For now nobody confirmed if they will be able to fix that error on XP.

Puddles has XP, already talked to her, she's gonna test something in a bit

 

most pepole still use winXP, hope Puddles can fix it soon.
