Help please!

Ive been updating my Launcher and it was successfully done.. but the problem is the Patch files was in improper location.. Where should be the Patch file putted? cause till now though i already updated the client as i run the launcher it always says please update ur client.... help!

 

Are you trying to run the game with Gamez Launcher?
I'm not sure I understand your problem fully. If you updated the game with NCsofts launcher, then once you run Gamez Launcher and click update the game will be updated with our files as well as not require any further updates.

Would you be able to explain a little more of your issue?

 

when i updated the game first it ask where should it be located.. Since im not sure of where to save the new files in 4.0... i just save the files in my DESKTOP.... when the updated file is already Done when i run the GAMEZAION launcher it still says please update ur launcher cause the file of my 4.0 updates such as the file named PATCH and Etc. was save on my DESKTOP... my Quest sir is where should be the new Files in 4.0 putted... maybe thats the problem... improper locations of the new 4.0 files...

 

Those belong in your c:\programfiles\ncsoft\aion folder (I think i got the path right x_x), though the NCSoft Launcher and Updater should have, done that for you.

 

ohh... my FILES are in right locations still arent work.... still says please update ur ncsoft launcher...... arggg..

 

So, you have already updated to 4.0?

If so then all you need to do is install and use Gamez Launcher.

If not, then perhaps just re-downloading NCSoft's Launcher might help which is here (top link).

one more question. if gamezlauncher writes some files in aion folder, is it still playable on retail?

im begging. pls try. OMG i did it.

 

I did everything possible man, i downloaded aion again I updated and i downloaded the official and the new items pak. but i still getting Crashes in the Ncsoft screen, and when i solve the Ncsoft screen problem (deleting the bin32 folder and renaming the bin64 to bin32) i can log in but when im about to select server it says "no game server is available to the authorization server (6)" and then it kicks me out... come on i wanna play . and so other ppl having that problem too

 

are u using win XP or win 8?

 

Hayxz Arggggg ........ Deleted all my Aion files.. I guess this is the best solution..... jajaja...... ill try to get some copies on External drive in a Shop and send it on my pC Xd.. BEST IDEA......... LOLL!
