    i have 14.5 speed with running scroll and 7.3 (normal ) w/o running scroll...pls check.. sometimes ok. but i go pvp then became 14.5....its just ..lol amazing anyway-.- pls check this problem, my other chars r ok.

    Stop using windstreams and you should be fine, its a bug.

    I used those windstreams a thousand times, never got bugged.

    Pretty sure there's something else to it. Something they do in order to bug it.

    Nope, i get it every time i use a windstream in katalam.. havent tried inggi/gelk yet. Pretty sure it just happens, there is nothing intentional to it.
