fainally i can log in into the game the thing now its that the only thing i can see on my chararter its just the head LOL can u give me a hand whit that plz i apreciated

Repair the client, it was the same issue in 3.7 as well, apparently the client didn't update properly so after downgrading people couldn't see the rest. A repair and another downgrade fixed it back then, so since gamez is 4.0 now just repair and it'll be fine.

Do know that a repair will remove the modified items.pak. Try the game first to make sure it works before you put it back in your client.

 

im also having the same problem, i have tried repairing my client and updated directx but still no go, id be very grateful for any other workarounds i can try.... thanks much

 

for some apparent reasons yes i can see my toon's whole body if i remove all her armor, one of the packs has to be corrupted but i dont know what, could be the data or the objects files that might be corrupted. would you happen to know smartik what file might be causing this bug so that i look for ways to download the said file rather than repairing the whole client for the 2nd time around... thanks

 

try re-installing both the 4.0 pak for gamez and the original item pak to see if that works

 

how about the DDL? i can`t equiped it again..
i install the new item pak.. i can see the items by clicking it as gift and i can view the stats.. however DDL my main weapon crashed! help what should i do!?

i think you might have just finished the first stage of the download out 9 and is already playable, since i can log in to the game and the same thing occur to me, only faces i've seen but when naked you can see the whole body of your toon and i can't go to any maps, only in sanctum, so maybe you haven't finished downloading all the stages yet.

 

what OS did you use? haven't you experience some error while log-in. cause mine i have error can't see available Server in the game when i try to log-in. i use Windows XP. looking forward for your reply Thank you

 

reinstalling the item pack did not work

 

try running 4.0 in retail 1st.. if u can see everything in there

 

still not visible using 4.0 item pack

 

could it be that the data/pc.pak is corrupted here?

 

has anyone found a workaround for this? thanks
