    There never was a 3.9, that is Gameforge being desperate to get more people than NCsoft. Their 3.9 is actually old NA 3.5. They just made the number higher than NA because they lose players fast since EU one is still monthly fees if you wanna remove all those ridiculous restrictions and even private servers are free and more developed

    Yea basically, that is why Europeans went to NA and Gameforge tried to force NCsoft to ban European IPs (hell, I think they wanted them to ban all non american IPs, naive people)

    Exactly, Gameforge has no power over NCsoft, they bought the EU servers from them, end of story. Now it would be likely voluntarily giving over half your population to your competitor. Who would do that lol.
