    i bet you guys vote in an internet cafe too, like me Y_Y well. we're sharing 1 problem. And yea only 1 account can be voted in internet cafe it's because computers there shares only one IP

    If you're staying in a cafe, with players who vote too, then you can't vote yourself. You have to be the first one who votes within the cafe since you're sharing your IP address.
