Need GM assistance

Hi GM,

I am back to gamez aion after almost 2 years of not playing here.

I decided to donate to get the new gears out there.

My main is a assassin and i bought the new Ambassador armor.

I did a mistake as i did not know there are two types of Leather armor now.

I bought to one with the mboost which today i understood for the new class gunner.

I would like to kindly ask if it can be replaced to a leather armor which suit assassin,

I notice that today you add the custodian's armor to the shop which was not present when i went to buy the new 65 set.

As much as I would like to help, there's nothing we can do. We're not responsible for players' mistakes.

I would suggest trading in-game. =) I'm sure you'll find someone that wants to play Gunner and is willing to trade Sin/Ranger leather set for it. That would be the only solution.

 

The only problem here when 4.0 went out that was the only leather set in shop for lvl 65! there was no second option so how would i know this is not the correct set if there is only one? this is not only my mistake

 

Any way nice to know that's the customer support for such a honest mistake that gamez aion also have a hand in...

Check the stats of the set before buying it maybe?

Honest or not, we can't just go running and fixing mistakes players made because they weren't careful enough or didn't pay enough attention.

 

i did not check the stats as i wasnt aware there are two kind of leather sets, i did not play aion close to two years so was not aware of it... so i did not pay enough attention to stats as i was rushing to start playing again. if there were two set in shop then it was something i would check. ah well thanks any way. you can close this thread thx.
