Bug in bidding???

Good day, yesterday near the hour 1:00 PM in the server and 8:00 AM in the game, buys a State (n°4 in Summerfield) the cost was 335 M.
I was the only buying one of the State, but they have not delivered me my new home. Some GM can check this please?

Buen dia, ayer cerca de la hora 1:00 PM en el server y 8:00 AM en el juego, compre un Estado (n°4 en Summerfield) el costo fue de 335 M.
Fui la unica compradora del Estado, pero no me han entregado mi nuevo hogar. Algun GM podria chequear esto?

Aw...Im so glad someone tried this b4 me because I was planing to buy a house too but now Im so happy I didnt...cause I would of just lose kinah...

When it comes to losing something and you dont even have proofs they will just close the case.
Even with proofs there are 2% chances that they care about cases like players losing something.

So Im sorry but there are weak chances that you get your house or your kinah . Altough I hope at last this time they will behave different

The Aion it's a very nice GAME, only that.
Never in my post i say... "i want my kinah baaaaaack", or "i want my house".
It´s only a report because i think it's a bug and the list for house sale are empty from Sunday when finish last bidding.
