character bloqued in wall

yep,

i post for a friend, his character is bloqued in a wall under a bridge in pandarunerk's delve on Danaria Map.

his account is corsac243 and character is Corsac.

is it possible to respawn him to his bind point in hushblade headquarter???

u mean he is stucked?
tell him to use return or type /escape

 

Tell your friend to login at GamezAION and click on "Player Unstuck Request" then choose the server he/she plays in and then choose the toon that is stuck.

EDIT: If he's just bugged in some map, check out if he can use /escape - if you play in Lumiel, then I can move him somewhere else.
