aion has stopped working/cant be logged

    Hello, i have a problem with your server.. when i start Gamezaion launcher and press play Aion start and i got " Aion.exe has stopped working" and when i try to launch the game by "sanctuary" i can be login in..

    im playing on aion NA so my game is in 4.0..

    if someone can help me it would be great.. hehe ^^
