maybe its a bug on player transfer service?

can anyone help me?i have 1500 toll ang i player transfer service my character in siel from lumiel but the character is still on lumiel and the items also,i check my siel characters and the one i transfer from lumiel is there but the items did not transfer
help please im new on forum

 

If there's a bug on a player you better swat if off of him before it bites him.

But if it's a blue fizzy glowing bug then gtfo that's actually a plasma grenade and it will blow him into little pieces.

You go to their profile and click the button that says PM. Very very hard. When you click that button you will have to complete a RL physical challenge.

 

Beastie; if your going to answer serious questions then actually answer them with real replies, other wise your just spamming and in all reality; its somewhat annoying for people who have a valid concern.

Anyway, unless a S.AM has already gotten to it I'll refund the failed transfers when I get home
