Lots of Appeal but no one dare to listen

August 2, 2013 when I came in an internet cafe at 9:00 am in the morning. The moment i came i saw my shopmates already playing their Aion. The first thing I did is to vote. After that I played Aion from the said time until 7:30 pm (straight). All these years I am playing in an internet cafe. I believe I am playing Aion for almost two years now. When the clock hit 7:30 pm, I decided to go home for I have to go to school after that day. I didn't care to wait for my 2nd vote for that day.

The said netcafe, has 70 units of computers which you can rent as long as you have the money but it's not 24 hours. they open at 8am and close at 10:30pm..18 units of these computers has Aion installed. This internet cafe has 6 connections.

August 3, 2013, after my 1st period class i excitedly went in the said internet cafe. I got confused when i vote and the voting site said that "your IP address has already voted". I didnt mind. I logged off and log in my aion account to play Aion. The moment i hit the "OK" button, i got confused when it said " your account has been banned pls visit.....". i did it many times for i believe that maybe my internet connection was bugging me again. And i thought, "why is it my other shop-mate can play? while i cant?".

The day i knew that my account got banned, i immediately make a thread about my concern but no one dare to give appropriate feedback and i was still hanging in mid-air. And then somebody told me why i am too late to say this things. But i know that that VERY DAY, i made a thread about my CASE :sad: . All they had said was that, i got banned because of multi-voting thats all. for me it wasnt clear enough when i reli know that the system has flaws and the voting system is affected because the system is updating it self to 4.0.

After which, i went to gamezaion site, that time, i am reli nervous. Nervous because i didnt know wat is happening. I check the Ban System and found nothing.

Please help me about this. I beg u guys. Am i guilty of multi-voting? all this time i believe i am playing clean and voting clean. 2years of voting and playing and no BAN WARNING.

Sir I got only one account so how come? I know there's something wrong that range of days close to 4.0.


I know where to stop complaining when i already know that i got banned because ive done something stupid, But until everything is not clear to me then i wont stop.

i got banned because i am a poor Philippine player who loves aion and only playing in an internet cafe. it is like Aion is accusing me that i killed someone when i reli dont.

How come since 4.0 was announced everyone is suddenly playing in internet cafes and getting banned for multivoting?

i believe i am a victim of system flaws during that days.

it was like i am walking in a Pedestrian lane and suddenly A traffic enforcer caught me and accuse me of jay walking.

or

im walking in a Pedestrian lane during a red traffic light wen suddenly a reckless driver hit me.
