    My Account is Premium/VIP and i have ITEM PAK 4.0.... >.<

    Delete your 4.0 item.pak and then put it again.

    Delete everything inside Aion/Data/Items and Aion/Data/USA/Items And..

    Put this items.pak in Aion/Data/Items = Items40Original.rar
    And this one in Aion/Data/USA/Items = Items-4-0-v1.rar
