Launcher help

so heres my problem, i have a laptop installed the 4.0 then the launcher and when run gamez launcher i get the picture and i wait for over 5 min and nothing, then laptop says games not responding, so i go to the properties and put it on admin mode and disable visualisation, then it runs, i even get to see the NC logo, when dissapears, and i get a black screen with music, the normal aion launcher seems to run it fine though, directx and drivers are all fine

 

Check and repair you AION client with ncs launcher. something must be missing.

happens to me as well, beginning the gamez aion launcher and I get to 8 seconds AionGameClient not respond, I do?:sad:

 

Same for you and remember update the gamez launcher before run.

load, update and play.

 

repaired and checked, then ran gamez launcher it told me to update game, so i did, then started the game, and the same again, black screen, without the logo of ncsoft this time ok update, when i alt tab it for a few sec i see the mouce then it all goes black, so i think if i make it go windowed mode it will work ok, so how to make it windowed

 

Do you have directX?

 

aye updated n ready both 9 and 11 so does the directx question has a continuation?
