HOT Heart of Magic Receipe question

    I'm doing the Fenris Fang quest line and I'm at the point where it tells you to go see your Master (which in my case is construction and alchemy) to craft this thing called hot heart of magic. Where do you get the receipe. My craftmaster doesn't give it to me and the vendors I know of don't sell it either. So I'm stuck kinda.

    Help please. Thanks

    The questline will ask you to talk to a NPC where you get a specific crafting one for it *Noting I don't think there is one for construction*

    You only need to be 449 in any craft to get the hot heart design, so really once you get one that high it doesnt matter.

    Just not for Construction

    Ok, I re read the quest "Fang of Construction" It says talk to Darfen in the Temple of Artisians. I did that. The next part says take the insignia of the Fenris Fang and a Glowing Holy Water to Balder. So what I'm understanding is that I can't complete this quest, but I've got construction as a expert?
    Is this right?
