i have 15980 credits , i buy ambasador's chain set exept ambasador's brogans that cost 12000k of credits and i also buy sheperd's shakujo that cost 3000k of credits all in all i spent 15000k of credits !!! but i only received the sheperd's shajuko!!!

I think Carl replied to your thread (with the same complaint) the other day. He was asking for your infos for him to help you. You might want to check it and send him a private message. If you keep ranting about it, the more it won't get answered but then again, Carl has already asked for proof so they can take a look at it.
