Ping is getting worse after updated . any idea?

    Hi, does any1 know why is my ping is getting worse after aion 4.0 has been updated?
    I'm using pingzapper as well but seems doesnt work at all :(

    and another one is about the awesomium.. some text appear saying about awesomium thing when i choose my character.

    would any1 answer this problem? i would appreciate much your answer. ty :)
