woc lvl 2 did'nt receive. T_T

    so here's my problem, i decided to purchase a 1pc of woc lvl 2 in the website but after that i was really excited to check it only in website. I've been dissapointed that after i check i did'nt saw my woc lvl2. Can somebody help me ?

    Web shop items are generally delivered via mail from the black cloud traders. Sometimes it takes a little while for the mail to show up though.

    If you happen to not receive a mail in a while (I had one take a couple days =/). Let me know and make sure you have some form of un-edited screenshots showing that you purchased the item from the web-shop so we can check into it for you.

    You also have to be online for some mins like 10 to receive it. Also check which toon you have purchased it for c:.
