I bought a duplicate item from webshop....

I had a major lag in buying some gear on webshop, and bought duplicate pair of shoes...is there anyway to exchange that for credit back or another item. Please advise....Thanks. I left the other item in the mailbox untouched, until further notice.

 

Your best shot is to try trading it with some players They wont give you anything. Ill even tell you what they gonna say : It was your mistake. Be more careful next time.

We cannot do anything about this sadly.

First the web shop requires a 1 minute period of time before you can purchase a second item. Secondly, we do not refund items for player faults, if it were a server issues we would be able to help you out. However, as I said the web shop itself has a 1 minute pause already on it forcing you to wait. So, unless your entire computer lagged for one minute and for some reason which I would not be privy to you decided to purchase another (which makes not much sense with out checking your purchase history in the first place).

You should with VIP Still be able to trade whatever it is you purchased a secondary of, or have the start of a second set of gear for switching around (which is also useful =p)

 

now...srsly...i never seen staff to help players on any way....is like FU we got your money already) srsly even if is player mistake u should try somehow t help when u can wtf is a fken code....in virtual life...is not fken gold) srsly try to help players more....even if are their mistakes....nevermind that...it s suppose to help when u can ..... no offence but when u have a bussines....and is a bussines a private server... u have t loose sometimes (virtual items) for real cash..

 

It the players fault not staff's that they buy the wrong thing or buy it 2 times. You have to confirm like 2 times before you buy it so there is no-reason why staff should refund for player mistakes. Ive done it before and I didn't bug staff about because it was my own fault not staff's.

 

Great job Gamez staff, now this guy must donate again to get his poor gear

 

dude...players are humans.....every one can do a mistake...that not mean to ignore him.......if he s human ...staff can be human too...that s my opinion from my players side.......like i said....is just a code....in virtual reality....why staff act like is about GOLD? is so easy t delete his item and replace it with whut he need...just admins are to lazy to do it....no offence that s reality.

Next time , try to buy items on the game shop ( black cloud shop) it's niccer than the web shop

 

dunno if u buy in game ...u can prove somehow u did it..if u will have any problem....but in forum u will have a shopping list or so...not sure i never bought items.

top lel, if it's something important to you then don't rush it by spamming the buy button until you DoS the page and then it "somehow" gives you the item 2 times.
