updating failure

Hi everyone
Here is my issue....i tried to update my client to 4.0 but i couldnt cuz the launcher stoped updating at a moment every time, so i uninstalled the game and now try to dowload it from the beginning but it stops again at 13% and wont progress at all.
Can anyone help me pls?

 

This is due to a slow internet connection, happened the same with me i had to download it on my work lol.

 

i am not so sure about this............. i mean i have a good connection and forgot to say when i had aion installed and tried to update errors where popping up times to times

 

I tried to but i cant find the peer to peer connection check box , its just missing from the settings option comfused....

 

regiix3 - kindly show us how to ​

turn off Peer-to-peer connection as it is not showing in ours.

All we have is Start Game automatically - Yes No and RESET thats it!

 

how can you really say that it stops at certain point?
like how many hours you observed that it doesn't progress further?
What's your connection speed?

It may be normal since you're going to download a 45-50gigabyte game. if you have an average internet speed, still you can't expect it to continue quicker like downloading a 2-5gb game.
Well, if i'm wrong, maybe that peer-peer thing is the problem, i don't know about that though.

 

That peer-to-peer isn't available anymore. My guess is that they used it to allow the mass of people download the game faster (When 4.0 came out) using other people's file, just like a torrent, it's now disabled.

 

the only you can do is to wait tommorow and u can open it again
