Nice GM work... thanks..VOTE PROBLEM SYSTEM

I was promised two weeks ago by admin as this problem is solved smoothly and like an idiot I waited two weeks and nothing:
- The problem lies in the system's vote
-the problem is like this I and my girlfriend have voted on two different accounts but with the same phone card but on two different phones (iphone s4)
-for a month my girlfriend can not vote because if I vote on my account appears on my account and while they left to vote again ....
-so somthing is bugged here on vote system
- I tried to solve this problem by
1 deletion cooking from browser (phone, pc, leptop)
2 created an account on another ip but no result same stupid problem
3 I waited a month to resolve what I was promised and nothing ..
- What will you do now? What I do, how to vote? For game server
- And I repeat now try on different IP vote and no result same problem, new account and did not go and it's been a busy month and not one of this promise ...


Why just talk to the admins said it will fix!!


wait for an answer and I hope that this time will solve this problem in terms VOTE SYSTEM!

Gm's cant fix the vote system. Its the admins alente/carl who can fix it

i think in me opinion is just words to player...becouse it pass one mounth and nothing how i supose to w8? 1 year? i just ask please tell me i try to vote me or me girl frend one mount all days and no credit .....how about this problem one mounth without credit... i hope alente will give one answord here and will solve this issue becouse i think alente forget about this ^^

 

Don't think alente forgot. It's a known issue. give it some time for it to be fixed,

 

If you are told by the Admin that they'll fix it or will work on it, then all you really have to do is to wait. Fixation to problems or bugs are not instant, not to mention the countless of bugs in-game as well that also needs their attention. And so that being said, we only ask for your understanding and a little more patience.
