Stuff gone (PVP Gear)

Dear Gamez,

Since I logged in today I discovered that all my PVP gear was gone, nothing in warehouse or in my default cubes. I became aware that this happend to all my others characters aswell.
What is the reason of this?

Probably seems so, though I've never given my password to somebody nor giving it to a third party, like activating a hack or something.

 

Keyloggers, that could happen

 

They see your username and password and net café computers are more likely to have key loggers installed on them than your own pc.

 

well technically someone can use a device that is put in a CPU and can log in in any of your accounts ..

 

If you play at home and haven't shared your password or used third party programs, then is your username and password something stupid like PW:gamezaion123

Alright then, either you're lying or you legitly got hacked, congratulations you are the 1%. Regardless, staff's reply is gonna be "your account is your responsibility / you have no proof of ever having the items, you could have traded your items to someone else and asking us to duplicate them for you". I'd go with the second one tbh
