Aion and Windows 8

Hi! I used to play gamez aion till last March and I was wondering if we have a fix to run aion 4.0 on windows 8. Do we?

 

I wasn't aware we couldn't play Aion on windows 8. Pretty sure it was just XP.

 

Before the 4.0 arrives (hmm probably at 3.5 or closer xD) we couldn't run Aion + win8. But.. is it ok now?

 

lols Aion 4.0 is have no problem with windows 8 . im pretty sure bec. im usng windows 8 ^^

 

Is there any resolve for XP users? I am just playing at computer rentals so i don't have control on what OS they want to use on their PC. so for now I cant play aion because they don't want to upgrade their OS. pack!

 

well am using win 8 and cant launch gamez aion through launcher. wonder when i will hear of a fix for that

 

As far as I know there are still issues with XP, but Win8 is just fine. :3

 

I'm ussing windows 8 too and my GamezAion works fine...

i have tried all the solutions to make Gamezaion launcher work, but it dosent work my game crashes after a few mins when i use Gamezaion launcher to launch the game, please can some1 help me am using win 8

 

maybe you should check if the correct .net framework is install on your windows 8, as far as i know windows 8 lack .net framework 3.5 it only comes with 4.0+ some parts of aion requires files from .net framework 3.5, also check for visual c++ redistributable and direct x

yes i tried install netframe says this is not compatible with this version of the windows

 

search for the compatible one, as i remember you must download it using windows 8 machine and have your windows verified, once verified it the download the necessary .net framework
