Is there a skin for Mythic items such as armor set?? I saw one on asmo side.

    Well some people bought the Governor sets for tiny AP right after the 4.0 update and before admins fixed the npcs... Most of them didn't got em removed yet and prolly never will ^^ So you might happen to see a few people running around with the mythix shiz xD

    All the Governor / Discordant / Fearless Skirmisher items were wiped from the database, even the ones i was using on my own Am toon.
    Nope, there are no governor sets around.

    He could keep the skin of the governor set, but not the set itself
