    Does the sets HAC and Ambarassors (whatever its called) they need a required rank to use em again? or what happened?

    yeah but they just updated game and some friends that are not rank 1 cant use the ambarassors

    Nope, seems that it was restore. Carl and Alente have been notified and well, hopefully we'll get it back to non-restricted soon enough =)
