item upgrade to +15 BUG

    i upgraded my sheperds shield and i have noticed that it won't go up to +15, it stops until +13 only, can you fix this bug.

    jesus.. what a selfish player... is more improtant to wipe NPCs that gives low lvl items to starter users, or improve trades in the server, than fixing that kind of bugs ...

    so yah, it will be bug, but its not that important o:

    Shepherd's stuff goes to +13. Its intended based from NA retail servers. Realistically shouldnt even be allowed to try past +13 but, well, im sure its being worked on.

    Also, rather than griping about bugs, it MAY help just a tiny bit, to come up with ways to replicate them and get proof for how they should be.
