Same problem with me..I posted already and there is still no feedback from any GM or AM. and i dont care where the hell i will post..i just need the voting system fixed asap. If they wont fixed the problems both in game and in the voting system many people will stop playing. I guess admins need to know what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" means.

hey guys ahmmm can I ask a help from you...? my problem is all about the gamezaion 4.0 patching it always error when it reaches in stage 1-16% and I dont see any problem of my pc its window 7, not so slow it internet connection & and has a clean files (can download 50 GB up games) can you help me to solve my problem.?:sad:

 

Just click on continue, it will restart from 0% but load everything a lot faster up to where you got the error (so if it took you 10minutes to get 1-16% now it will take 2) this happens with the NCsoft launcher when a lot of people are downloading the same file - press continue and it will eventually get to 100%

Unable to Vote

it says I already voted blah blah but I havent, am I the only one experiencing this? havent voted for two weeks and still I cant until now. My laptop broke so I play on a game shop but, I vote on my phone, any suggestion?

 

i have a same kind of problem i can vote but i get no credits i must have around 1500 now but i have still 900

 

this has been my problem for months now

 

but this is not problem of the admins...

 

maybe, due to this problem, i no longer donate to buy items in Toll shop

 

i think its becos your not leveling ur char !!! that appened too me long time ago! so go level up your chars guys

yah right even you can see "thank you for voting etc" ur toll stop rising because of long time not lvling

guys Ive got a another problem here thanks any about your advices in my old problem now my problem is all about voting this is the situation every day I vote for gamezion but one day I dont know why one after noon I vote the sites it says I will wait till 668 mins before I can vote again what.??? what happen.?? even I Did'nt vote for that time and I am the only one know my password and everything about my prof in aion.... (its 2 days from now need help guys hope you understand my problem)

 

happens to almost everyone, actually that happened to me as well, it just got fixed d other day I tried to vote again
try to clear cache or cookies? and try to vote again, if it still not fixed, alternatively vote using a cp

Reproduction: Vote via Gamezaion site, type in captcha, click the GamezAION banner/link (currently at rank 129)

Try to click on the 1st Link in the Top-List, the one which says "aion" and nothing else. it should re-direct you to Gamez and add the credits to your account.

 

also on the 4th vote link, after u typed the captcha, click the banner instead of the link

 

thanks thought that link is one of those random websites XD
