Character and stuff missing... why?

I want to report that before the transition from version 3.7 to 4.0 when I return to play to see the version 4.0 after a month I go to my account and I have no my characters, or anything, just that my character has no empty or my clothes he had bought with donations, nothing! I want to know what happened someone can explain or help? database review of the game and tell me why do not I have my characters and stuff? might one gm restituirme my character again?

 

You really shouldnt play at internet cafes or give out your personal info.

You must have given your account info to someone or visited a bad website with a key logger on it. Your account is your responsibility. Nothing staff can do about it

 

He means our account has been hacked or someone else logged in your account and take all the items. And to take care this case, you should contact to GMs, no staff can help you.

With any information you give here, i think you should re-install your windows.

Well, while what Blue said is correct.

Did you make sure to log into the correct server. Sometimes it is possible to accidentally log into the wrong one and if you don't have anything on that (say for example a lumiel player who logs into siel) it would look like you have well nothing.

Did you check the User CP located on GamezAion.com, to see if your character(s) are showing up there for the correct server as well as if they have gear on them using the inventory view?

If so, then I am sorry there really is not much we can do for you as Blue has already answered one of the main points.
