    I have now started the game I can also log server then comes the selection and then nothing happens.

    I would recommend you save your bandwrith and download the NA (NCWest) Client instead.

    what if I can see only heads in character creation ? oO I removed the $Patch$ and clicked repair in launcher, hope it's gonna work cause I really can't wait to play ^-^

    Or you can just play already.. as you said you will not see other armors yet,cant go to other maps aswell just few one's only such sanc,heiron/pande,belu beside that you can download the stages thru background while playing until you complete it..
