Is that bug or normal?

Well i went to sanctum and i pressed to expand cube at shugo npc i had already 1 default cube +3 more... when i expaneded again its give me + one more cube with 9 slots is that normal or bug? looking for an admin answer thanks.

 

if you expanded it all.. with no block slots at all,, and it should be fine.. it will be be better if you provide some ss (Screenshot) of your cube slots in your inventory.

 

according to the staff members cube #4 has been implemented when we patch 4.0.. so this is normal and as of the other rows on retail (official aion) it can be expanded via ncoin.. so there is no info yet on how we can expand it here on gamez.

I highly suggest to not put anything on those slots until we figure out what exactly that is, if bug or implemented 4.0 feature. Apparently, some characters cannot expand their cubes up to that extent while others can. This needs further investigation. We'll get back to you.

Also, you wont be able to expand up to Cube 4 if you haven't unlocked your 3rd cube's last row. Refer to the videos:

My whole 3rd cube is unlocked, I got 108 slots in my inventory, so that's not the problem

 

Funny, on my main i can't get it past 108 (and i already did both the expansion quests...sad) but on my chanter i got it, even weirder is that on my other crafter i got the 99-108 and 108-117 slots for the same price as the first 2 (1k and 10 or something)

Same with the Warehouse 112 slots, the last row i got on my main for some kinah, on the chanter i couldn't get it but did the expert quest and on the other crafter i got all of them in a row

 

I think the problem with your and iulian987's case is different then. There must be different problem hindering some players from expanding to cube 4. From the video I provided, you can see my Gladiator do not have her last row unlocked. I just unlocked it now and tried expanding my last row in cube 4 and it just let me.

 

Not even with the Shugo in abyss could expand it, and the Owner Thread got the 4th cube from the normal Sanctum Shugo. Maybe because I got the last row of the 3rd cube when it wasn't completely fixed? I have no idea

Edit: Checked my cleric, and same problem as my gladiator, but then went to my chanter who had no this one quest, completed it and still, couldn't expand

well u have more slot that me have the forth + defaukt cube and ur forth have 27 and mine 9.....

 

Got the last row doing Vindachinerk Quests.

The Elyos quest line, The Legend of Vindachinerk, changes depending on whom you deliver the item to--Suganerk or Kohrunerk. Regardless of who you choose, the cube will be expanded. But I suggest Kohrunerk, since the quest chain is shorter.

For Elyos, go to Heiron. find this Shugo named Suganerk, pick the quest <The Legend of Vindachinerk> (In-Game link: [quest: 1563] ). It'll ask you for a Diary which is dropped off Jaku the Glutton. Hand the quest to Kohrunerk (Shorter way).
After finishing this quest, the same NPC will have <Pupil's Diary> [In-Game link: [quest: 1799] ), talk to the NPCs, at the end of the 2nd quest Vindachinerk will have a new available quest, named <Jaiorunerk's Tombstone> (In-Game link: [quest: 1800] ) And the Jaiorunerk's Tomb is in Heiron, close to Arbolu's Haven.

The Asmodians quest line is a bit longer (+1 quest) and consist in these 4 quests.
1. Materials for 100-slot Cube
2. Looking for Garkbinerk
3. Winning Vindachinerk's Favor
4. Vindachinerk's Offer

Haven't done the asmodians quests, but AionArmory explains them well.
