why i can not create new char???

can i something ask.?? why i can not create a new char even it have 2 slow left..i have Asmo and Elyos but when i create a new char is always say u dnt have slot for this server?? what will i do ??

 

Somebody help me??

 

log off and restart ur client..must be small bug

 

i already log off but its the same.i can not create char now

 

What server do you use? And are there still chars of each race? 'cause if your account had both races (ely & asmo), and you deleted one race entirely by accident (which I can hardly believe though), you won't be able to create any more chars of that race...

Please put a screenshot with all your chars, and the 2 empty places for new chars left, with the error you get.. Then I'm sure some AM, or AMT can you help you better..

yes im(asmo & ely) ...i think i delete 1 char.that is ely ..what should i do ??

Do you still have another ely char on that account? 'cause if that ely was the only ely char, and you deleted it, I think you won't be able to create any more chars :s

 

1. Delete the character
2. Go to server selection screen
3. Go back to the server you are playing at
4. Create the new character

 

thats a waste of credits if you accidentally deleted your only ely toon

 

Credits?lol you mean if he transfered an ely from lumiel to siel? you do realize people used to be able to create both asmos and elys right? some people have had accounts with both races for a while now without having to spend a single credit.

 

yeah i knew that, what he is wanting to say is he wants to transfer to another server and his credits are gone
