karl && Altena , I can not log in , SOS

    My account is john0728, when I try to log in, the problems are as next.

    stage 1 when I try to log in for the first time, after I entered the pw it always hint me that "already logged in" .
    stage 2 Then I try to log in again, after I entered the pw, I can never move to the character-select stage, after about 20 seconds, give me a " can not connect to the server" then close the client.
    Then if I try to log in , I will be always stuck in stage 2 again and again.

    p.s.
    My friends in UK can log my account, they can play my god damn chanter. And one of my Chinese friends too.

    Anybody help me, what shit has happened on my account or on the server?

    Am I the only one that noticed he obviously misspelled Carl and Alente? Meh.

    @OP,
    Maybe you're using a Ping Reducer. If so, close it. Then try again. Mostly works for me.
    If that doesn't work, you can always try other ping reducers or just download Leatrix software.

    Were you using Direct IP or ReduceTheLag? Any ping reducer could be interfering with your connection to our servers.
    Another cause could be that you are using the GameForge client which is not supported by GamezAion.

    Don't double post.

    So you've used the same client before? Also, if you try to connect way too fast, you are mostly to get disconnected, to avoid that, wait at least 20 seconds AFTER accepting the "You are logged in" message to try to login again, and wait once again BEFORE accepting the terms
