    hello i first time dowload aion i update all but i want to start gamezaion updater its says "wrong call for updater" what i need to do for play the game?

    Do not open "updater.exe". Open GamezAion Launcher.exe itself. :)

    also check the NChelper at your "show hidden icons" at the right side of your pc along with the date,time etc.. close it cause it might be the one who makes you send log.. it works for me though

    trying to lounch update helper he showing on taskbar but nothing happens

    1. You have to disable the UAC (User Account Control).
    2. Disable your Antivirus while updating the client with the GamezAion Launcher.
    3. Make sure you have installed successfully the .NET Framework. (here is the link)
    4. Make sure NCsoft's softwares are NOT open in the background
