pasword

hey,
i hope someone can help me i have problems to log in to my aion account.
i still know my email adress but i forgot my pasword. when i click on i forgot my pasword i don't get a email back to reset my pasword and it also say that my email is registerd. so i had to make a full new account to play again on aion but i stil would like to have my old account back.
is there someone that can help me what i can do i try to find to contact them but i can't find anywhere on the site how to do that.
