Character Transfer

Hi~

See, I found out that we have to clear out a char's warehouse and acct's warehouse as well as the special inventory cube before one can do a proper character transfer to another server. The thing is, I have one campaign quest item still stuck in my special cube even though the campaign is done and over it. My questions are: How can I clear the quest item? And suppose that I do the character transfer anyway with that one item still in my special cube, will it affect the success-fulness of the transfer?

A single item in your special cube should not influence the transfer process. Anyhow, if you wish this item to be removed, send me a private message here on forums including your character's name and server.

 

Well I'm happy to say that the matter is sorted out just now. Please and thank you to Gabi for the help

is that really necessary? what if you wanna change server cause you just want to trade your item in the other server?

 

I'm pretty sure you won't encounter any problems unless you've practically filled every possible slot on the character you're transferring. Just leave a few empty ones and you should be fine.

 

BTW what is the longest time it takes to transfer a character? I'm trying to transfer my second character for the second time now and it's still not working and it's been over an hour. The first time I did it for this second character was like 10 hours ago and it didn't work out as well. I didn't have any problems with the credits since it's 'refunded' when the first try for this 2nd character transfer failed :3

So yeah, basically, how long? That's it ahaha~
