Question about reactivating account

Is there any way to get my account re-activated? I have been gone for a little over three months and have put a good amount of effort into building my character. My username and password work on the website, but not in game. Any help or response would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

 

If you can login in the website then you should be able to log in-game; and the account gets wiped just after more than 6 months

If you get User/Password invalid, then you should change your password to only numbers/letters, without special characters

 

It keeps saying ID and Password do not match (2). I changed my password and it still says the same thing. :andy:

 

Try creating a new account with the ID your trying to use to log in

if your able to create an account using your ID then that means your old account got deleted for inactivity or your not using the right username I think.

 

Then you might be trying to login to Retail servers, you have to use the GamezAion Launcher (click here)
