Have Problem while logging in on NA Retail using Aion Launcher

Hi,
i am getting Direct X error while trying to launch NA Aion , throuhg aion launcher , i have installed Direct X many times but still it tell me i need 2008 onwards version for running game, idk what i must try more tried it all , currecntly am running with Direct X 11, and no i cannot re-download Aion cause last time i tried took me bout a week of trying to finish and another week of trial and error to get GA and NA running

 

Operative System? Did reformat your computer and installed that "DirectX 2011"?

 

Read the version it asks for as well, it has to be 9.0c, directx 11 does nothing for the game since it was built on 9.0c (and a lot of older graphics cards cant even use it anyway). Get this
Download DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) - Download - FileHippo.com
Extract anywhere, run dxsetup.exe, restart your pc when you are done (even if it doesn't ask, won't work without restart)

 

ohhh win 8 ,, noooo:crying: i cant reformat have to many things installed , besides the windows 8 was pre-installed in the lappy with many other programs and i dont have the CD for it

i think i have tried that to, quite a few times but still keeps popping the error,, idk why cause gamez works fine aion launcher i use and try launch it crashes after few mins into loading screen, thouhg 1 time i did manage to start the game, but then i got the no server authorization error, but tht was the last thread for me ( was so tired of trying all) i just gave up =_=,

, sorry i couldnt come on sooner, but i tried downloading that direct X as u said, and still same issue persists, getting error that aion must run on your above said version.

am using bat file to log atm thanx to a frnd but i cant access ingame shops, thts the only problem no crashes or send logs so far on retail

 

any other option other then re-downloading the whole aion ? is there a way to remove installed Direct X and then install again>

 

No need to re-download aion, i think just re-download direct X 2011?

 

i have tried all the version the once that aion is compatiable with and direct x 11 to but still getting the error when i launch using the aion launcher
