Brigade General Custom Legion Emblem not Appearing

I am the Brigade General of the Blood Oath Knights Legion. I uploaded my custom emblem to the game, and othe members can see it correctly on theirselves and me, howeve i cannot see it on my client for myself or anyone in my legion. On my client it shows up as the base emblem, with a Blue background for the cape. However the armors and shield show up as random colors with the base emblem. Even though i cannot seee my Legions emblem i can see other peoples custom legion emblems.
PLEASE HELP, it really bugs me and is starting to get extreamely annoying.

 

As far as I know, the legion cloak's color depends on the background color you choose right after putting the custom emblem. I'm a brigade general of my own legion as well and I got it to work.

 

its not just the cloak color thats not right, it dosent show the custom emblem it only shows thet blue starting one

 

Try deleting this folder and changing the emblem again

Deleteing the folder dosent work its a server side issue that occurs in the real servers too a admin needs to edit some file in the server so it shows right
