So I herd governor sets are out Rofl. Dang I can imagine half the people on the server people running around with governor sets xD. Then again u don't actually need to have end game gear to have fun. I believe some people decently geared ppl can still own players with full end game gear. Honestly though.. I can understand it's hard to get good pvp gear here it takes time when your completely new to gamez aion... It's probably going to take months... For those who are actually voting for they're stuff. With all that time.. u could have had a lvl 65 character on retail decently geared. Not saying u should move to retail though. A dedicated private server like gamez aion needs it's money for it to live. Also if some how the admins manage to make some spending money online they wouldn't give a sht about what ppl think here. I'll be honest I wouldnt either and probably remain biased.

 

tl;dr

I'm surprised people still get angry over these things, for two main reasons. 1, it's already part of the game itself, it's obviously going to come out at some point, otherwise it's just staying behind. 2, this is a damn business, what the hell did you expect? a 2.0 server with no cash shop?

 

^^^ he's right guys. if you guys wanted fair play, go play retail, where everyone has to work hard for their stuff.
if not, enjoy Gamez Aion, full stigma, more experience, more ap, cash shop with gears that you could buy.

Nobody is forcing you to purchase governor items, there are enough valid alternative sets to obtain in-game with out having to spend your credits.

You can purchase AC/EAC/ACD items from the npc shop with AP and Medals. Mithril medals are not hard to farm as well, you just need to join fortress sieges, do daily quests in tiamaranta's eye and other maps, exchange platinum medals through the coin-fountain , farm medal boxes spawned in danaria or simply join events.

You can purchase Gonon/Makia items from the coliseum vendors. Makia weapons are really good secondary fusion items, since they are giving an additional PvP attack boost.Gonon helmets and armors are good sets to get started. Also, it is incredibly easy to earn Crucible Insignias since you can enter the arena of chaos/discipline by moving various entry tickets from other toons to your main.

You can craft almost every item in game, if you manage to get all the mats together.

You can drop DDL extendable weapons and Mythical Tiamat weapons from dragon lord's refugee with some luck.

You can obtain Remodeled Danaur weapons,armors and headgears with Ancient Coins, which can be farmed in instances like Steel rose (Cargo-group,Cargo-Solo,Deck-Group,Deck-Solo,Cabin-Group,Cabin-solo) and obtained by doing quests in idian depths.
Don't come up with they are hard to farm, since i've seen various players wearing full sets.
