Question on pvp weapons

I wanted to know if it's worth to combine the new arbiter gs with the ddl gs. Also, for a guy who doesnt donate and doesnt have much items, would you rather buy eac/acd set and just wait a bit longer(voting) for a decent pvp weapon OR just use the credits to buy a nice pvp weapon and use Gonon's set as pvp armor of choice?

 

Hello there. You can not fuse Arbiter's greatsword with DDL's greatsword and keep the extendable weapon as main fusion, since DDL's level is lower than arbiter's (you can only use lower or equal level weapons as secondary fusion). You will have to wait until the new level 65 extendable weapons become available for players to use arbiter as secondary fusion.

You should keep voting every day and in the main time farm mithril medals by doing quests, exchanging platinums, joining events and opening event boxes in danaria. you should be able to collect a decent amount of medals and purchase a set or some accessories soon enough.joining the arena of discipline/harmony during the open times and collecting the insiginas is also a valid alternative.

 

ddl was raised to lvl 65 when we went 4.0

 

Incorrect. the level cap was removed (infact it was supposed to be usable only up to level 63) but the weapon is still a level 60 weapon and therefore can not be used as main fusion for level 61+ items (like shepherd/arbiter)

 

Can you give us any time frame of when the new extendables will be in game? like a few weeks or more?

 

New extendables should be craftable, but I don't know if the materials are available in-game.

 

There are actually 2 different new extendable weapons: Longtooth Katalium and Furious Longtooth Katalium.

Longtooth Katalium can be crafted by using a special morphing recipe which requires several 4.0 mats:
-Weapon Shard, which drops already in Sauro Supply Base. Not available yet
-Fury Powder, which is obtained in Danaur Sanctuary. Not available yet
-Avaricious Anima (world drop item) Available
-Enigmatic Ore (world drop item) Available
-Blade Crystal (Sold in Idian Depths for 53k AP) Available

Furious Longtooth Katalium can be crafted with another morphing recipe which requires:
-DDL weapon (Drops in Dragon Lord's Refugee) Available
-Fury Powder, which is obtained in Danaur Sanctuary. Not available yet
-Avaricious Anima (world drop item) Available
-Enigmatic Ore (world drop item) Available
-Blade Crystal (Sold in Idian Depths for 53k AP) Available

Note: This items are not real crafting items. They are created through a morphing recipe, so you won't need to level up any crafting discipline to get one.

As soon as the 4.0 instances are up, you will be able to craft these new weapons.

They will soon be on the credit shop for like 2.5k before they will be available ingame about 6 months+ later as we already learned from DLR drops xD

A lot of time here tought me not to belieb dis even if most of the stuff is available... for mysterious reasons one drop from instances will take longer to fix then like still missing event rewards... some stuffs just need more time xD

BTW the Blade Crystal is from the vendor in the Depths for 53k~ ap per piece, supposedly it's 1 per day but atm it's bugged and you can get all 8 just by buying them one at a time.
