    Can the governor weapons (arbiter's) be enchanted?

    Some people saying no some people are saying yes to 10+ some are saying 13+ alot of different answers.

    Does any 1 know by experience and no guesses?

    it can never be enchanted....
    and it already has the maxed-out stats so you shouldn't worry about it being +0.
